Blank barcode labels are labels that are affixed to products and feature a barcode system. A product we purchase at a shopping mall has a barcode label on it. When we go to the checkout, we can use the barcode reader and the label to make transactions. The barcode on the label provides us with information about the product, such as the country of manufacture and its price. When your label is scanned by the barcode reader, the previously defined price for that product appears on the screen, and the cash register receipt is displayed. The barcode on the label allows us to view product information digitally.

Price cards, a type of textile label, are informative text attached to a garment for sale. They are small pieces of paper that display the price, size, barcode, and other information on clothing and many other retail products.
