Pre-Press & Finishing Services
We manage every step under one roof — from preparing your design files for print to the final finishing processes.
A quality label is more than just printing. Converting designs into accurate color profiles, precision plate production and post-press finishing are critical steps that directly determine final product quality.
With our experienced pre-press team and inline finishing equipment, we carry out all pre-press and post-press processes on the same production line, saving both time and cost.
For every job, we meticulously handle file checks, proof approvals and plate preparation. After printing, we complete all finishing processes inline — from lamination to die-cutting.
All pre-press and post-press operations are carried out on a single production line. No need for separate supplier coordination.
Pre-Press Services
The processes we apply to prepare your design files for production.
File Check & Preflight
When your design file (AI, PDF, CDR) is received, we check resolution, color mode (CMYK), font embedding, bleed margins and trim lines. Any issues are reported back to you with recommended corrections.
Color Separation & Color Management
Color separations are prepared for CMYK process colors and Pantone spot colors. Using ICC profiles, we aim for exact color reproduction from screen to print. Your brand color standards (Pantone references) are carefully maintained.
Trapping & Print Compensation
Trapping (color overlap) is applied to prevent white gaps that can occur when colors don't align perfectly in flexo printing. Plate expansion compensation and cylinder distortion adjustments are calculated and applied to the plates.
Digital Proof & Approval
A calibrated digital proof is prepared before printing begins. Color accuracy, text and layout are submitted for client approval. Production does not start without sign-off.
Plate (Cliché) & Die-Cut Tooling
Photopolymer printing plates are produced from the approved file using CTP (Computer-to-Plate) technology. Steel or magnetic die-cut tools are prepared and mounted for custom-shaped labels.
Post-Press & Finishing Services
Inline and offline processes that give your labels their final form
Post-Press Services
Protection, embellishment and shaping processes applied to your labels after printing.
Lamination
Gloss, matte or soft-touch lamination films protect the label surface and enhance tactile quality. Provides additional resistance to UV, moisture and abrasion.
Varnish Coating
Full-surface or selective (spot) UV varnish application highlights specific areas with gloss or matte effects. Selective varnish is highly effective for logo emphasis.
Cold Foil
Metallic gold, silver or holographic foil application gives your labels a premium look. Applied inline, requiring no separate processing step.
Die-Cutting
Labels are cut to any desired shape using rotary or semi-rotary die-cut tools. Square, round, oval or fully custom contour cuts are available.
Slitting
Wide print rolls are slit to the roll width required by your labeling machine. Core diameter and winding direction are adjusted to your specifications.
Vision Quality Control
Camera-based inline inspection systems detect print defects, color deviations and register shifts in real time. Defective labels are automatically flagged.
